EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

My Aftercare Practice

My work in remote aftercare is rooted in many years of lived experience with recovery and with psychedelics used in therapeutic and intentional settings, including iboga, bufo, psilocybin, ketamine, and other non-ordinary state experiences. Through my own journey, I came to understand that the most vulnerable moment often begins after a ceremony, retreat, or rehabilitation ends. Integration, emotional regulation, and feeling truly seen can make the difference between lasting healing and falling back into isolation. What began as personal exploration gradually revealed itself as a calling: to walk alongside others during this critical window, offering steady presence, encouragement, and continuity of care.

Clients often tell me that what feels different about our work together is the quality of connection. I bring a grounded enthusiasm, warmth, and intuitive sensitivity that many people don’t experience in traditional counseling models. I don’t see healing as something imposed from the outside, but as something already alive within each person. Guided by faith in the oneness of all things—and belief in the inner intelligence we each carry—I support clients as they learn to trust themselves, navigate altered states of awareness, and integrate insights into daily life with clarity and self-compassion.

Today, I approach my work with humility and respect, recognizing that healing is personal, non-linear, and unfolds over time. My integrative approach may include breathwork, chi-inspired movement and yoga, sound and vibration work, grounding practices, and other supportive modalities tailored to each individual. Above all, my intention is harm reduction—helping people stay connected, supported, and resourced during moments when they may be most at risk. No one should have to walk the path of healing alone.
